Now if you are in USA…. hope you are managing to keep your sanity as the Holidays craze starts like… NOW 😁
👉🏼 Which is why I’m dropping by today — with a simple yet so useful process to make sure we all come out on the other side of this crazy season in one sweet piece.
Wherever hectic and chaotic situations start building up around you, remember love that:
Meaning?
👉🏼 The way we see things greatly impact how struggly or easy something is for us.
Based on this principle, here’s a practical exercise to get us rolling for the Holiday season:
Assuming that the familiar end-of-the-year overwhelm took over….
✨Sit still, close your eyes, hands on your heart, do a few breathings.
✨Then open your eyes and write down a list.👇🏻
📝 a list of things that are running through your head right now that MUST be one.
🧐 Then, look over each item and ask yourself:
- Why does it need to be done?
- What will happen if it is not done?
- Who will get upset?
- Does it really need to be by me?
- By this date?
Keep asking and digging in the real reason and motivation behind each item in your list and soon enough you will see that a lot of items and the overwhelm that comes with them, are self-imposed.
Some items can be delegated, {if we only knew how to ask for help, isn’t it? 😉 }, some others can be done later and there will be even some others that don’t need to be done at all!
Be easy on yourself, my love. It’s supposed to be a Merry Season! And you have all the right to create YOUR way to be merry in it.
