Funny thing is that I’ve been getting ready for the new year for a while now and the years transition barely felt like a change.

It’s so unlike me to prepare like that LOL 😆
I felt some transformations and changes within a few weeks when I started getting ready and now it feels more like an extension of it.

Which brings me to today’s note:

👉🏼 Even thou we are always talking about releasing and letting go of the past, there are many jewels hidden in there that can still support us today.

💎 Think about a time that you remember specifically having so much fun, or that you felt at peace, or excited or extra safe yet adventurous, or extra cashy 💵😜

▸ What were the things going on in your life that helped you feel this way?
▸ Who were you being during that time?
▸ What were the things you were doing that supported all that?

✍🏼Grab your trusty pen + paper and get to work!

✔ Jot the memories down.
✔ Break them down and find the things you were believing about yourself, life and the topic
✔ Break them down and find the things you were doing for yourself, life and the topic
✔ Then see how much of those things you can actually do in this moment to help you bring those feelings into your life — now.
