Even if you aren’t feeling the hottest in that front, new months are always a great time to reset for new beginnings ahead — as you know.

📝 how do I want to FEEL in the last day of the year looking back? {<< this is THE most important thing at the end of the day, love. Checking things off todo lists just because, is not it}
📝 what do I believe I need to do/be/accomplish in the last quarter to feel this way?
📝 what do I actually need to do/be/accomplish in the last quarter to feel this way?

😉 hint: if we are being reaaaallly honest with ourselves, the 3rd question will come down to being mostly. The doing and accomplishing will come about as a result of the being.

Now, breaking down further {and in more practical ways}, make a list on:

📝 how can you be this person starting now – this very moment?

Really, my love, pull out that pen and paper and get to work because…
