We are in mid-August already, can you believe it?
That makes me even more eager to settle in and get to a routine already.
We are steadily figuring out our ways in this new country and man, do we have to plan ahead each single week!
Even to get groceries we need to have it very carefully planned out. Grocery shopping once a week and that’s it! Yep, no more quick trips to the store after work to pick up the last missing ingredient or to soothe the sweet tooth late at night.
Wait… you mean you already carefully plan your shopping list and go to the grocery store just once a week??? Wowzers, aren’t you on top of things! 🙂
We are not and we will miss our last minute runs to the store.
That’s what happens when you completely embrace your dislike of cars and decide to rock your legs to the beach riding those good ol’ babies:
Aren’t they cute? Mine even has a basket and a bell! HA! 😀
Anywho, at last I figured that important weekly recurrences happen A LOT in here and the quickest way to fall into a new routine is to create one.
So here we go, a very simple but handy tool to keep up with weekly happenings and events:
A Weekly Recurrence Planner
Pretty simple. Determine your schedule and write down that single main event of the day.
I actually printed the Personal sized one and taped to my art kart. That way I will ALWAYS look at it and be able to work my day around it:
But of course, a planner needs to be well dressed so I also printed the A5 size. {and added the pic here for the Filofax porn addicts 😀 }
Let’s get rolling on those weekly tasks peeps!
All sizes are available right below:
Before you take off to print them up don’t forget to share this post with your friends. Their weekly tasks may be in need of a little help as well 😉
Click on the image below to share with your Tweet-peeps:
Did ya clicked?
Rock on!!! You totally made my day!
I love you to pieces! {you knew that already, didn’t ya? 😉 }
I am off to work on that “cleaning” task of today.
Grateful smooches,
Raine.
Thanks for the freebie – it’s a great idea! Hope you are loving your new home. Where did you get your art cart?
Hi Morag, we are loving it! So bright and cheerful!
The cart is from Ikea. You will find it in their kitchen section 😉
I’m noticing the most important task of the week on your example, beach time!
haha, all the rest of planning has to go around it, right? 😀
These were exactly what I was looking… how do you know what I need before I do …..love love them xxx
aaawww, this is great to know Deborah! I think we think VERY much alike 😉
Thank you for the pages.
You are so welcomed 🙂
This is great! Thanks!
Yay! Glad you like it 🙂
Just printed! Love it 🙂
Yay! Thank You! 🙂
I just want to thank you for your generosity! Thanks to you, me and my new (Saffiano compact) Filofax are looking very happy. So glad I found your website 🙂
Aaaww I am so glad you are here Piper! Thank you for using my inserts, I soo appreciate it! 🙂
Great idea! We live out in the country so every time we venture out to a doctor or to church, we carry a list of what we need to get while away from the house. My generation was a great one for planning ahead. Oh, that I could have succeeded in passing that on to my adult children.
Hi Faye, organizing IS fun! I love making lists, the only thing as they usually don’t get all done 😀
Your posts are wonderful – love your “organizers”. I need to print some. Thanks for your generous sharing.
Thank you so much Gina! I so appreciate your comment 🙂
so happy your move went well!! love the planner AND your banner! I have a feeling my washi boat just chugalugged by your new home — it just sailed through the caribbean and is coming up the east coast now. happy settling in!! xo aimee
Hi Aimee, I can imagine your washi boat being the cutest one around those waters! 😀 Turning heads in the Marina with all its fun colors, hehe. Can’t wait to see the new ones 🙂
Glad to here your move went well and that you are settling in to your new home/country. How lovely to be close to the beach. I would love to see some photos?
Thank you for the freebies, you are so generous with your work:) HPPF
Hi Sandra, I have been posting pictures regularly on my Instagram feed. You can check them here:

There are tons of it. Ya know…I can’t help myself with all the gorgeousness around 😀
I absolutely love that you call it Filofax Porn! It is!!! I adore looking at a person’s well-organized planner. (I know, there is something wrong with me. LOL) It truly is an addiction that has grown to 5 Filofax planners in 6 months!
Thanks again for the laugh, and the great picture!
haha I totally get ya! I love.me.some.filofax.porn. 😉
Unable to print personal size? I clicked on personal and its not right? Any suggestions?
what exactly is not right, Amy? Does it look too big? If so make sure you save it to your computer and print from that saved file. If you do straight from the browser it gets messy.
Also, I wrote a tutorial here that might help: https://helloraine.com/printing-tutorial-for-personal-size-filofax-inserts/

i ordered something similar elsewhere as a notepad for my planner. being in-your-face helps a lot. these though are cute enough to print out and tape to everything! ooo! i just thought of something…i can pencil in shopping supplies on it for that specific room and take it with me. yay! life is good!
