Didja feel and bask on all that juicy new moon love coming our way a few days ago? 🌚💫
I was ON with my list of releasing and creating anew and, the day after it all felt so fresh and shiny and it was just delicious.💫☀️
Which ties in with what I want to talk about today:
☀️Creating anew and sustaining it
Thing is… we have all those dreams and goals that require US to be and act differently. Changing our behavior seems SO hard at times but as I have been saying for years: Little steps are enough. Little steps gets us there.
And wherever we can do to create those steps and feel into those new experiences, right now is the key to all that goodness ahead.
📝So some journaling prompts to get you going but this time not focusing on the outside experiences, but ourselves.
🎯Pick one goal and then answer those:
🌷What is the goal? What do I want to accomplish?
🌷How do I feel about this goal at this very moment?
🌷Is that how I want to feel about it?
🌷Is that how I will be feeling about it once it is here?
If the second question is not matching with 3rd and 4th, adjust those feels! Flip the perception you have about it, tweak, tell a new story, pull out your best moves from your inner-work toolbox 🛠 and do everything in your power to match the feeling of when you “get there” {the goal}
💎🔑Because feeling those goals right now, my love will unlock that version of yourself that needs to exist to accomplish those goals and... maintain them!
