I am baaack with another video!
Can ya believe that? I know, me either! πŸ˜€

I just got too excited with the last one and decided to keep rolling, hehe

So this one is all about cutting paper. I did this “trick” over a year ago using a WHOLEΒ ream of paper. And guess what?

Yup, the cut sheets lasted till now. I am estimating still a month or two before I completely run out of it. So love, get it done NOW and worry about it again next year.

No more excuses. I even created the template for ya! πŸ˜‰

Here you go the short video where I explain how to use it:

If you are curious about extra deets on standard paper sizes and the relationship with the Filofax ones take a peek at my guest post on Philofaxy here.

Oh, the genius sub-tab idea can be found here.

FINALLY right below are your downloads! Pleeeeease get the word out as many other peeps will also make good use of those templates . πŸ˜‰

Hi love, so sorry about that. You are right I have nothing for pocket because I still hadn’t found a way to make it pretty and functional at the same time. The artwork barely leaves room for writing in such small pages. Just personal and A5 for now. πŸ™‚

Quick suggestion- Could you watermark the artwork? Make it faint behind the writing space, so that you’ve got plenty of room to make it pretty and still write?

I made a template, too. It made it a LOT easier. I hadn’t thought about taking it somewhere to be cut. That’s a great idea!

    Hello,

I’ve tried printing this with various settings (Fit to size, Actual size, etc.) and I still can’t get the lines to get to the edge of the paper.

    Any advice? Thank you.

Hey Ted, this template is to be print on “regular” sizes A4 or letter size and then cut in the lines. πŸ™‚

Hi Raine and thanks SO much for quickly responding. πŸ™‚

I did try printing on letter, but the lines (solid and dashed) don’t reach the edges. As such, when I put an A5 sheet to compare, the template’s pieces are larger. Does that make sense?

        • LimeTree

oh yeah they won’t go to the edge because the feature that does that is called “bleeding” and just professional printers do that. But that really doesn’t effect things. You just need to make sure to tick the “fit size” box to letter size.

Hi, I’d love to use your templates but unfortunately, I never, ever use Facebook or Twitter (hate them both to be honest). Is there any way round this?

Thank you Raine for this template. I just printed the A5 template on to letter size paper. I checked the “fit to” box and the height is still showing at 8 inches instead of 8.27…or close to it at 8.25. Was the template designed to be exactly 8 inches instead of 8.25? Thank you!

    • LimeTree

Hi Tasha, to print on letter size you need to use A4 template, not A5. πŸ˜‰
